How long will shipping take?

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on all orders.
If my order arrives damaged, what should I do?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours to initiate a resolution.
If the item doesn’t suit me, can I return it?
Yes, you have 30 days to initiate a return and receive a refund.
Can I exchange items?
We offer exchanges for incorrect or faulty garments only. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery, and we’ll cover the return shipping costs for eligible exchanges.
How long will I have to wait to get my money back?
Refunds are processed within 10 days after the item has been returned and inspected at our warehouse.
Are items true to size?
Items are true to size, so choose your regular size. Select one size larger if you prefer a looser or oversized fit.
